This page features our Upcoming NEOVETS Events! Stay tuned to this page and our social media for updates! From time to time, we deliver training for employers that will help them learn how to find, screen-differently, hire, and retain the exceptional military talent that is available to them!

We’ll focus on networking with other CMTEs, connecting employers and Veterans to our College Collaborative to address skills and training gaps, sharing best practices, legal and health concerns, supportive resources, and dispelling the myths and misperceptions about Veterans and their Military Spouses that can have a negative impact on your business, diversity and inclusion programs, let alone; possibly violating the law.

You’ll learn the distinct difference between saying you’re ready to hire Veterans and their spouses, and truly meaning it and being able to prove it! Each of our employers makes a commitment to practices and not just words to invite applications! Our Veterans deserve so much more! We bring speakers to each event to help you gain a better understanding of military culture, educational and training opportunities, effective outreach programs, and a whole lot more.

We believe we are the ONLY non-profit that delivers this type of training that leads employers to an exclusive certification program. Our current CMTE Network has more than 10 Northeast Ohio organizations including one Federal employer and one pseudo-county government entity, world-class health care. Many of our CMTEs have a statewide, national, or even global presence. You  could sit back and try to do this work alone, but why?
